Dear sir/madam,

Three trackingnumbers ar stuck in transit for 2 to 3 weeks without update:
RN062604077CN 3 weeks
RN064045132CN 2,5 week
RN064040149CN 2 weeks

Why is there no update? Are these packages lost?

there was a week-long holiday during Oct 1 to 7. The status updating might be delayed. You can wait one or two more weeks and see new status.

BTW, make sure there is no liquid or battery inside. If parcel has such items, it will be rejected by officer and status will be stuck forever.

Dear Admin,

Thank you for the quick reply! There is no liquid or batteries inside these parcels.
The 45 day paypal dispute limit for RN062604077CN and RN064045132CN is next wednesday, the 14th of October, so time is short. Is there a way to check the whereabouts of these parcels?

http://track-chinapost.com/ is the only source you can get latest information about this parcel. You can not get newer information than that page.

I believe you should open dispute asap.
