Apparently my daughter went to this address Liufang Post Office and they are telling her it is not there and she was not given a place where it is. Can you please search CC198089988CA and confirm with the post office where this package is being held? I do not have a phone number for that post office and I am not good enough in Mandarin to speak with them. She has been waiting a long time for this parcel and I do not understand why an attempted delivery would take place at a school on a Saturday and not attempted on a working day example Monday. There was no notice given or left for her I am going by the china post tracking and not much information on that site for me to understand where it is being held. Please HELP soon.

CC198289988CA is wrong number. it never arrived china.

the parcel is in China Post Wuhan branch Liufang sub-branch(武汉市流芳邮政支局), in following map :
