There is no information where of when my parcel is ariving to my home. My track and trace number is LM210096692CN but they say there is no schipping record. What is happening?

Your seller hasn't sent you anything. Once China Post receives a parcel, online tracking will start working within 48 hours. If it's been longer than that since your seller claims to have shipped your parcel, open a dispute and get your money back.

Yes i do i got an email and there you can see when it's sending to my place but if i click on my track and trace number they are saying that there is no shipping record.
So is what can i do because it is more then a month ago that i order it??
