My package to new territories is stopped at 广州市，送交承运商, what is going on now?
The tracking number is LY571479606DE.
How long does it usually take for the package to be delivered?

LY571479606DE arrived in Guangzhou on Aug 12. it is waiting for receiver to make customs clearance. Did you write the receiver's mobile phone number in the parcel?

I believe the phone number was set to a warehouse number in order to use a call forwarding service.
Where can I be reached?
And do you mean I have to pay customs duty?

If you are outside China, normally you can't use forwarding service because forwarder can't do customs clearance for you. Receiver need to do customs clearance by himself

customs clearance regulation is quite strict and receiver must verify the identity before making customs clearance.

Remember drag smuggling can bring death penalty in China. No one dares to declare customs for third party's parcel outside China.
