Hi,
My item got bounced back to Seller but not delivered to Seller. Seller can able to ship using different carrier only after delivery from China post. So please update the status on my tracking number

Your parcel was rejected by china customs for safety reason. You need open dispute for lost parcel refund.

It depends on where you bought your item and how you paid for it. If the site you bought from has a buyer protection or dispute resolution policy (eg eBay, Aliexpress) then follow the instructions on their website. If they don't, then contact whatever service you used to pay (PayPal, credit card company, etc).
