im missing a parcel nr CP380054958CN
it leave china, but never comes to germany, since 1 month.

This kind of parcel starting with CP is called air/sea combined parcel. It is a very slow parcel. Normally it will arrive Germany in 4 to 6 weeks. If the parcel weight is over 2kgs, it can take up to half year to arrive.

two parcel were be sended at the same day in same post office, the one comes 5 days later, the other is missing. tracking system says it leave china by air 4 weeks ago, but never comes to germany. any othe idea how to find this parcel?
