Dear Sir/ Mdm,

I've sent a register mail from Singapore to China Guang Zhou on 3rd March 2015.

Register number is RC636828696SG

The Name written was 苍先生。 it was delivered by wasn't received by anyone. The parcel was said to be delivered back to the postal office.

The receiver told me they went down to the post office to show their phone number and ID, and said the post office refused to give it to them as the officers need to see the full name and the addressee on the postal is only MR 苍。

They said they couldn't arrange for a redelivery too.

I've given them a copy of my receipt from SINGPOST and told them they could use it to as a verification.

They said they have tried.

Are these true?

May I know what other methods would the receiver be able to collect the parcel from the post office please?
