Hello, I come aki complain about an order I bought in a Chinese site RK045112090CN tracking code, which was posted on 13/09/2014 and the order did not even live in the country, What should I do? I'm thinking about getting justice.

RK045112090CN should be rejected in Nanjing airport. As time has passed for so long time, I don't think you can do anything now, you money is lost.

But the fault is not mine and not the seller, but the carrier which was with the request.
