Post Label Created; Not Yet in System?

It's been like this for almost a week now... Should I be worried? The seller told me that it takes logistics some time to update, but this is a little scary. They said it should be here in five days.

Normally EMS china will take time to update information around one week, first the seller create the number of tracking and wait 3-5 days until EMS pick up the parcel. After that it will be in transit in China until the sent it to Airline. This process altogether will take around 7-8 days. If it longer than that you must ask the seller to refund.

Some seller just give you fake number because they don't want to lose money. I had the same problem like you. After 10 days with EMS never update information, I blame the seller, so she gave me a new tracking number which I could have waited again another 7 days for update information. I can not wait any more, so I opened depute and get money back. My reason is " problem with tracking information " .

Some seller did not have product to send, they have to order first somewhere and wait until it arrive, they don't have it in their store.

In your case, you can wait another 5 days. It is possible that EMS will update information late because of high season.

It's been four days. No update. Nothing.
In another four days, it'll have been 15 days since it was sent. Which is their standard delivery window for shipments to the United States.
I have a feeling that now is the time to take it up with eBay. If they haven't shipped it by Wednesday, I'll be looking to get my money back.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LK628199146CN has no shipping record . This means your seller did not ship you anything.

You need push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track the parcel real data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to ebay against fraud.
