so i wanted to know how long the kolkatta customs will take to clear my packages?. the last update on all my packages is
10/13/2014 8:00:00 AM CHINA BEIJING Send item abroad (EDI-received) Air KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE
and i know it doesn't take 22 days for the item to delivered to india through air from china and also the edi has been received so yes it's stuck in kolkatta custom. Now what should i do next? should i call them? if yes then will they ask money or something? and if anybody has the no. please give it here.

Hi there,

Having the same issue.. As per Admin, "Sent item abroad" and/or "Sent to Airline" status will not change until about 2-4 weeks from the date that was last updated. :(

@jsamuel wow great i'm changing my house in 2 weeks..wow i took such a stupid decision of buying stuffs from outside india.

does anyone have any contact no. for kolkatta custom? I don't mind paying extra bucks!
