Dear Sir or Madam,

I sent 5 packages via China Post from Shanghai to Germany. My tracking numbers are (CP286740829CN, CP286740801CN, CP286740815CN, CP286740846CN, CP286740832CN) and for some reason it has been address to the destination country Canada. This package actually needs to go to Germany, as it says on the senders receipt as well as written on each package.

Please let me know ASAP what to do, that the canadian post forward the packages to Germany and NOT return them to China.

you can not redirect those parcel from Canada to Germany. The parcel will be delivered to the address in the parcel. If none accept the parcel, they will be returned to China.
