Hello,

I did send a parcel with custom Notes with dhl
Tracking Number: CQ215921920DE
Now the Status is: canceled and Import is terminated
What does that mean?
Is the parcel lost?

CQ215921920DE arrived delivered in August but receiver didn't make customs clearance. So the parcel was returned from China to Germany on Sep 13. Normally it will take about 2 months to reach Germany.
