Hello
I was order in 12th August. My RB799604919SG order is frozen 19th August at aliexpress tracking system. The status is local post arrived but it's not come to Mongolia. i was checked as track-chinapost.com but it's still frozen Hohhot city transfer center 22th August. It's not moved status for 40days. I need help what happened my order.

RB799604919SG destination is Inner mongolia in china not mongolia. You can not get it in Mongolia.

You need open dispute to aliexpress for refund.
