Post Help with a tracking number

Hey,

I recently ordered something off ebay and I have gotten a tracking number for both Yanwen and China post, when i look at the tracking the Yanwen number says "The item information was created by the seller." and nothing else. The China post tracking just says "Please try again later, we are awaiting tracking info from the carrier.".

Upon looking on the actual china post tracking page it told me that china post hadn't received the parcel, however upon trying again a couple of minutes later it is now saying "No shipping record!".

Are my tracking numbers valid and if so where are they? They have been like this for about 4-5 days.

China Post: LX132964233CN

your seller has not shipped the goods yet. Normally sellers need about one week to restock inventory. so you need wait about one week to track the parcel in China Post tracking system.

So it has been a further week and still no change. Has the item actually been dispatched or should I open a dispute?

Push seller to ship the goods immediately. tell him if you cannot track the parcel in next 3 days, you will open dispute.
