both your 2 parcels were returned to Guangzhou from Spain. I believe the address in above 2 parcels must have some problem and can not be delivered by Spain Post.

Hi, I got the same problem my parcel is stuck first in Suzhou and now is in Beigin stuck in Export Security Acan.

open dispute for non-receipt parcel and claim refund from seller.
