Hi ,

I was also one of you people whose status was not updating from 1-Aug-2014 .
You can see my status using the tracking no. "RC319878822CN" .
Till now there is no status update.

But the good news is that , i got the parcel on 8th September . Nearly after 50 days.
I confirmed the same thing from the Parcel delivery man , he said the postal service is too slow and sometimes there is no status updates .

So, do not worry guys if the status is not updating because there 90+ chances that the Parcel is in Indian Customs or with India Postal Service 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀

But make sure the parcel is SEND TO AIRLINE

Once in India you can check here: http://track-chinapost.com/start_indiapost.php OR http://www.indiapost.gov.in/RNetTracking.aspx.

No guarantees that they will update it there too. Finally you can raise a grievance on the grievance portal. So that they take notice of it. But only do this if it has been more than a month since parcel arrives in India and you have not received or there is no status update online.
