I have been expecting a parcel from China, according to the tracking number it is in South Africa at the moment. The status just says 'Undelivered', how can I find out exactly were it is and get it to me?

you should contact your local post office with the tracking number you have. If the parcel has not been returned to China, you can pickup from POST OFFICE by yourself.

Hi,
l sent a parcel to Shenmen district from italy, the EMS on italian site confirmed delivered like wise the china post oconfirmed with this"Your item was delivered() at 2014-09-24 15:32:00
Signed for by：本人收" , but the seller still said not received,infact he wrote just now
" 2014-09-29 01:21:08
Hello , , I have check it for you , we have never received that parcel , we have complained EMS, I hope you can complained the EMS, they are not delivery the parcel at all ".what 's the best step to take on tracing this parcel ?.
