Post Export Customs Scan for more than 2 weeks

I live in Greece and my purchase from eBay, had stuck in Export Customs Scan (Shanghai) until 25/09. My purchase didn' t include any batteries or something like that. It's not device, so i cannot understand why it stucked there.
Can I contact with the China post or find out how much time should I wait?

it should be delayed by holiday rush. wait one more week and track again, status should change then.
