Hi,

I'm regularly shopping from China, through taobao agent. Make all payments by my Visa debit card .

Unfortunately 9 packages sent in november have not arrived to me. After much ringing of my friend who is married in China and after many requests to my taobao agents to go to the post office and check , the only success was that 3 of the packages were returned to the sender and sent back again to me. For the remaining six told me that they have received information that they travel , although tracking their status is still the same - in China . My taobao agents makes me wait six months to consider the items lost and my money back . Unfortunately, I can not wait 6 months. Is it possible for someone to see what happens to these packages , I can send them all necessary information , including a copy of identity card to prove that I am the recipient of these packages and want to know if and when they will receive or lost.

Shipments are fully insured. I want to ask also how long after they are released for delivery and have not received and can not find where they are exactly, are assumed to have been lost and China Post recovers the amount of the insurance of sender

check http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php and see if the parcel have been "sent to airline".normally it will arrive your country after 2 to 3 weeks of the "sent to airline" date.

Sender says from Post office told him packages were on the road and can't return them. What does it mean? Is it possible? Because article says if packages are in customs for more than 10 days, they are returned to sender.

All packages paid full insurance. How long after being released consignment is not delivered to the recipient may be required a full refund from China Post?

I apologize for the many questions, but it's first time it happens and sender does not give me any information except "Wait", and I'm bound to supply to other people

Actually the shipper will take very long time to claim the compensation for unreceived parcel(normally over 2 mohts). However, you no need care about how and when the shipper can get compensation from China Post. What you need to do is open a dispute with paypal or aliexpress . Then Paypal will force shipper to contact China Post get proof that you have received the goods. If he can not get such proof, you will get refund.

Unfortunately I paid directly with my Visa Card. That's why I needed to know how long will take shipper to refund me because these packages were shipped in Nowember. And still stuck in customs. Now is end ot January. Is there any posiibility tracking is uncorrect?

the parcel stuck in customs warehouse for about 2 months. In this case, it has over 90% possibility that it has been returned to shipper or simply destroyed (if shipper did not print returning address properly).
As you paid shipper by visa directly, I don't think shipper has any intention to start the complex claim procedure with China Post. And even he claimed China Post and get refund, he will not tell you because you can not verify the refund result. That is why we always suggest buyer to buy item with paypal or aliexpress alipay instead of directly wire transfer or visa card.

Maybe you can file a charge back to your visa card bank. I am not sure if it works, but it deserves a try.
