Ok my tracking number starts with LN and ends with CN what's that from and qingdao China dispatched my package on the 26th of January where is it now

I don't know if it's a epacket the last thing I got it was dispatching from a sort facility in qingdao ems China on the 26th of January and heard nothing or and update since then I've called usps they said they can't do nothing

epacket normally will arrive USA in 3 weeks. if over that time and you have not got the parcel, you should open dispute and claim refund.
