Hi, my 4px parcel have no update since 15th november, below are the details:

RF585020545SG
2018-11-15 21:25 Xiamen,China / Fpx pciked up shipment.
2018-11-15 21:25 Xiamen,China / Shipment arrived at facility and measured
2018-11-09 22:49 Parcel information received

May I know if my package is missing, or is it normal to have no updates? How long does it take for my item to ship from Xiamen to Singapore?

RF585020545SG looks like SingaporePost tracking number. But Singapore Post website does not have its shipment date. It seems to be an invalid parcel#.

410117646876 is the alternative tracking number. Please advice.

410117646876 is not a valid number either. You should cautious of scam.
