Hello China Admin

Two parcels were forwarded to me from the same seller and have not arrived yet !

EA064251678CN sent on 20/9

EA064252483CN sent on 30/9

I have received orders from the same seller earlier within a week. Can you please check what is the status of both ?

both parcels are delayed in guangzhou. you might need wait one more week and track it again in http://track-chinapost.com/, if still no change of status, you need to open a dispute and claim refund.

Thank you very much for your reply. Any particular reason why both parcels are still at Guangzhou for so long ? Also, is there any possibility of Fraud from the sender ?

the shipment is real , not fraud. but we don't know if the parcel has the same thing you purchased. some cheater sell laptop but ship bricks. You have to make sure the goods are purchase from big website such as ebay or aliexpress or amazon which have buyer protection policy.
