Tracking number RL064370335CN
It has been 1 month since this small package was supposed to have left via air mail. Seems like maybe it is being sent by land. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Nothing on that list. It is a small package of bicycle parts. Probably less than 500 grams total weight.

RL064370335CN should be delayed in china customs. keep waiting 2 more weeks. if your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute or ask seller extend the protection.
