Hi,

I need help please, I have order from ebay.com, it is a phone strap. The seller send the parcel through YANWEN express. I used this website (http://track.yw56.com.cn/en-US) to track the parcel.
Tracking number: UA826296905YP
The last update shows that the parcel is arrived at United States airport on 5/1/2017. Tell today their is no updates.

I have contacted the seller and he told me it is with USPS, and he informed also that I can't track it because it is not registered!!
But I want to know how I can find my parcel. I have contacted USPS but did not get any reply.

BTW, I live in UAE, but I use Aramex Shop and Ship address in USA, New York. I always shop online from amazon.com and never faced any problems.

But with ebay.com I had 5 orders that I never received, unfortunately at the end a I had to ask the seller for a refund.

I really want to get this order because it is a gift for my daughter.

Need help please.

1. The seller is right, It's arrive in the USA, now it has to go through the USA Customs and your parcel is the last priority on the list of parcel to inspect.
You can not track that parcel onto the USPS site.

2. When your parcel get clear by Customs then it will be given back to USPS for delivery.

3. Seller should have told you that those type of parcel can take between 30 to 60 days to be deliver.

Thanks for the information, and for your help. I really didn't know that the parcel will take 30 to 60 days to be delivered.

In ebay, it shows that the last estimated date for delivery is 26/1/2017. Hope I get the order very soon.
