Hi there,
My parcel has been shipped on 2016-11-21 with ePacket from China to USA. The last information was posted in 2016-11-24. Could you please, help with the finding of this parcel?

1. The last tracking I have for your parcel on the China Post EMS site is this:

2016-11-24 00: 00: 00.0 22:26:39 Shenzhen to leave the processing center, sent to USJFKF = ISC NEW YORK NY (USPS)

2. Your parcel is On Route/In Transit to USA. Parcel to US can take between 15 to 35 days to be deliver and sometimes more.

3. Now what needs to happen is USPS has to scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

4. Just continue to track your parcel on the USPS site for any new movement.

My tracking hasn't updated in over 20 days!! My tracking number is LT501086240CN
I'm very upset because it was supposed to be a Christmas present. Where the heck is my package!?

The end of this week is 35 calendar days with zero updates. Are you saying that this is no surprise and acceptable? At what amount of time should I raise suspicion if I don't see a new scan? If it did indeed make it to Chicago rather quickly a month wait to even scan in as arrived is ridiculous. Do they not have one scan to update all parcels on an aircraft or what?

1. I have read on Internet yesterday that ISC Chicago is the worst place for incoming parcel. USPS is aware of that, apparently they are not increasing man power to cope for the incoming parcels.

2. You should search on Internet for ISC Chicago and look for any Forum of discussion for 2016.

hello admin my package has not moved for 25 days it's been in the same location this is really frustrating . please let me know when it will reach the US #BZ000900044CN
also it says Destination (Carrier) Unknown

1. Maybe you should have a serious talk with your seller.

2. Here is what I found:

BA-BZ for domestic, bilateral, multilateral use only

3. Then when I track you number I do get some tracking:
2016-12-07 17:55
Shenzhen, China mail international traffic in transit

2016-12-04 16:57
Shenzhen, China, mail by sending Customs Office to the airport

2016-12-01 16:17
Shenzhen, China, warehouse receiving and sending

4. On one site it's giving me this for the tracking number:
Format error for Universal Postal Union tracking number. Please check your tracking number.
EMS China Post: BZ000900044CN

5. And China Post is giving me this:
China Post Register Air Mail Tracking System
Parcel#BZ000900044CN is invalid, China Post has not received any parcel associated with !

6. Please contact your seller as soon as possible so he can clarify the situation.
