Please help . My parcel has not moved since November 14 . I can't find it anywhere ! Track number is RK546854914CN seller keeps asking for me to wait but keeps extending protection

30/12/16 13:12 ARRIVED IN THE UK HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC

1. When you are on Royal Mail this will show up:

Item: RK546854914CN

from China (People's Republic)
Where has my item been?

2. You just need to press on the:
Where has my item been?

3. Another window will open.
