RD251331470CN this was the tracking number given to me for the order in the month of june but since it did nit show up on the tracker even after 25 days of shipping i called off the order and disputed for a refund which i got but just noticed the same number is active now for a order to Spain is is possible to have same tracking number for 2 orders this is in july after my order was cancelled.

This parcel was rejected and sent back to the seller so don't worry about it as long as you got your money back

Hi I have a query, I bought some item on Ali Express website and my seller shipped the item via China Post Air Mail with number RI089268714CN. I believe it's a fake a non existing number. Coz the rest of my orders from Ali Express been shipped with the correct tracking numbers and confirmation . This one seller is difficult one, as he keeps saing that he did shipped this order. But China Post Air Mail never received this parcel. I opened dispute, but is there anyway that maybe parcel number was never been updated???

You have to wait 48 hours for China post to update new tracking number but sellers on Ali express tells you to wait 3-10 business days then track you number. From my experience they are right because most of my orders showed up on tracking system after 7 days.
Also, check the store's rating before ordering. And not just the %, you need to check how many positive feedback the store have and never buy from a seller with medals if you don't the headache

Did the seller tell you how many days you should wait before you can track your order?
I'm not very familiar with EMS shipping but all I know is that it's not reliable and they don't update there system regularly so it's normal if your order isn't traceable on EMS system.
