Hi,

I was sent a package (RB226069394CN) on the 4th March from beijing to italy and I have checked on italian post website, i do not know if it is the same track number in italy, and I dont know if it arrived in Italy, its still not received anyway, would it be possible to have more information?

RB226069394CN was sent to airline last week, normally it will take about 2 to 4 weeks to arrive Italy after sent to airline date. you need some more patient.
