Hi, Could someone help me please.
I ordered something from ali-express around 3 weeks ago, Seller dispatched this item on 4/08/14 and gave me this tracking number EV993158388CN , Shipping with EMS. I have tried to track this But can't get any information at all, It just comes up with no tracking information available.

EV993158388CN should be a wrong number. You need ask for correct number, otherwise open a dispute.

Same here...

At first I received this number:
RI108654973CN and could not find anything via tracking...

They contacted me and told me that the order was re-send from customs?!

Some days ago I received this new tracking number:RI146426194CN but I still can't find it in the System...

Any ideas?

if you can not find anything in the system, that means your seller did not ship the goods. If the goods was shipped, the system will show location and status within 48hours.

Hi there,

Could you explain what happen with my parcel , my tracking number is RG020709289CN and since 1 August it state departure from outward office exchange and its already been a month pass the status hasn't change a bit.
Looking forward to hearing soon, tq

there was some airline shortage in Beijing in early Aug. many parcels were delayed there. you should wait another 2 to 3 weeks.

track them in http://track-chinapost.com/. If it shows china post has not received the parcel, then it means your seller did not ship your order and you should open dispute and claim refund from aliexpress.

RJ131640029CN is ok. Status no changing for 2 to 3 weeks is quite common. you just need some patient.
