Hi chinapostvolunteer.

My parcel was shipped on the 16th of April and still hasn't arrived. The last tracking info I can find is that it was leaving Beijing on the 18th of April.
Destination is QLD, Australia.

Please help me!

My parcel was shipped on the 5th of May and the status still shows as "Shanghai Transit Station Customs Scan"

Can you please help me?

CP*****CN is surface parcel which is very very slow. it might take up to half year to arrive and status updating is also slow. Your seller should not use such service.

CP315951796CN is surface parcel for heavy item and often very very slow. You might need to wait up to half year to get the goods. You should NOT use such slow service, correct shipping method is airmail which tracking number format is "R****CN"

you can not change shipping method after the parcel is shipped.

My tracking number is, RI500759378CN.
I've been tracking it knowing the seller has sent to the wrong country. I know have to contact the post office. But It's not an English speaking phone contact.
I just want to re locate and ensure my parcel is correctly filled out to arrive in Australia, South Australia. Not Saudi Arabia. As the seller sent to the wrong place. It's been over the due expected wait and they extended the waiting period.

Can someone who works in china post, please contact me directly on " [email protected]" I will then give a contact number. I wish to be contacted in regards to locating and sorting this issue out.

if your seller shipped the goods to wrong country. you should open dispute and claim refund from seller. China Post can not not redirect the parcel.
