Can you please help me in tracking current location of package 03367647639. It is showing same since 20 days now. Thanks in advance!

1. It's normal for those type of parcel which are China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus. But no tracking does not mean your parcel is not moving to India.

2. It can take from 30 to 60 days for delivery and will be deliver by India Post just like a normal letter. Parcel can not be track outside of China and on China Post this is the only tracking you will see:

3. Basically you need to be patient and wait for the parcel, make sure you have buyer's protection all the time for this parcel in case something happen to it.

Hello, I ordered an item from Aliexpress on 31st July, got information that 'Seller shipped the item' without tracking number on 2nd August at 21.30PM from China. After I asked the seller, he responded quickly and next day RS080365809CN was updated in the order. Today is 6th August, tracking still not updated or is it fake number?
Seller said that he has checked with the post office and it is on its way and not to worry, if it didnt get delivered in 4-8 weeks, then money will be refunded.

Is the number fake or should I wait few more days and then start a dispute? Please advice

1. Tracking number RS080365809CN is not a valid tracking number. You can check it here:

2. May I suggest you give a chance to the seller, contact seller and explain to him that the tracking number he gave you is a Fake (not a valid) tracking number and if he does not provide a valid tracking number that you will open a dispute to get your money back. Either way your need to wait 10 days before you can open a dispute.

3. Please make sure if ever you open a dispute to include all the contact you made with the seller into your Ali Express account. Just copy and paste all the writing that was done for your parcel. This will help in case you need to escalate the dispute to Ali Express dispute department.

Thank you so much for the guidance, I will do as you told me to. I will wait for few more days, meanwhile I will ask the seller about tracking number being not valid. Thank you once again for the quick response.

The seller is shipped since 14 July but I think it stuck at somewhere. Can you please let me know where is it now and it is moving or stuck? Below is the tracking details. Thanks.

1. It seem to me that your parcel had some security problem in Guangzhou Airport. I know that they have made some closer security check on parcel there.

2. From those tracking:

2016-07-31 10:05:27.0 Shenzhen Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )

Your parcel is returning to the seller for whatever reason.

3. Your should contact seller and tell him that the parcel is returning back to him. Provide him with the full tracking that you have so he can understand what you are talking about.

4. You should come with some sort of arrangement with the seller.
