1. I can not track your number, if you just got your number, you need to wait at least 2 to 5 days to be in the China Post system.

2. If you had the tracking number for 10 days , then contact seller and ask him if he did physically mail your parcel or open a dispute.

the tracking result shows it is in Philippines Post office in Manila. China Post does not control the parcel anymore. Maybe you can contact Philippines Post and see if they can find the parcel for you.

can you please track my item with tracking number of RM241437595CN? it hasn't moved since 24 april 2016. why is it taking so long? i have ordered things after that and they have already arrived in the UK.

1. Have you talk to Royal Mail?
2. When a parcel arrive in UK, it goes to UK Customs Office, does Royal Mail scan the parcel before it goes to Customs Office?
3. In the other post I mentioned the following:
China Post Airmail Parcel Estimate Arrival Time

You should have notice for UK the Avg. Arrival Days is 12 days and the Longest Arv. Days is 40 days.

4. May I suggest you contact seller and ask him to contact China Post: 86 20 11185 to find out where is your parcel. Is it still in Exchange Bureau of Qingdao or has it gone (On route) to UK.
