My tracking id is CP253625012CN, to India
It was received by China post on 22 april from lhasa.. But the status is not changing at all from 27th April .. I don't know if it is lost or any issues?I am really worried .. Kindly help and clarify

CP253625012CN is surface parcel for heavy item. Normally it will go through land or sea . Before there is a land post route from Lhasa to India, but due to military issue, that route is often shut down/reopen by either India or China military authority. If the land route is cut off, your parcel might go through sea which is very very slow(might take several months).

Thanks for the reply .. But the status says departure export customs (Beijing) and on route to Hong Kong .. It looks like it's coming by air . Can you re check the status and get back to me

i don't know how you can guess it was shipped by air. If by air, it should arrive India in 2 to 3 weeks.

all info about your parcel is in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php . Now it shows the parcel is in some place on the way to Hong Kong. After Hong Kong, I believe it will catch a ship to India.

I was supposed to receive my package on the 17th of August and It did not arrive, I checked the tracking number and it told me it was still on route what does this mean the tracking number is LK303969415CN

LK303969415CN delayed in Guangzhou. Not sure what is the reason. You can wait 2 more weeks, if you can not get it by early Sept, you should open dispute to ebay for lost parcel.
