The delivery of your parcel was unsuccessful. Contact your receiver and ask them to call China Post to arrange for pickup.

yes but I dont want cargo I Send a Turkey I dont want to cargo our country I dont want to shipping fee
so the cargo yours(China post) I cant call because very expensive to call Abroad because worthless cargo

OK I understand, the receiver rejected the parcel and you do not want it returned to you. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do, it will automatically be returned to you if it was rejected.
