Hello Guys,

I received an email from my seller informing that:

They are being shipped via China Post with tracking number RU709760590CN.
You can see the status of this shipment at the following URL:

http://www.track-chinapost.com

HOWEVER, I cannot see any tracking details in the system.

Please help.

When did u receive the tracking? If it is less than a week its still too early.

Received it on 7/7/17, and on http://www.track-chinapost.com, it is stated:
Parcel#RU709760590CN is invalid, China Post has not received any parcel associated with !
!!
what is happening ?

what is happening ?

your seller did not ship anything to you. You should push him to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track the parcel in next 3 days, you will open dispute against fraud.

Thanks for the response, they usually do not reply to any email.
however, I sent them the email that I will open a dispute case if parcel not shipped.

if you purchased from ebay/aliexpress/amazon, you can open dispute and claim refund.
