1. Your parcel seems to have difficulty passing the export customs scan. You might to look at this:

What is the status of “Export Customs Scan” ? How long it will take?

2. You might want to contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel and that maybe the parcel has difficulty passing the China Post Export Customs Scan.
