Hello,
My name is Ilyan. I had ordered 2 cubes from cubezz.com.
When i selected the free delivery system, it said 'Arrival in 7-21 days' . It has been almost 3 weeks since i've ordered it (23 July)
It was supposed to be my birthday gift, but it's too late.
When i went to the tracking website (17track) 4-5 days ago, it said 'Leave Guangzhou (TAC) Air terminal'. Then, after I checked 2-3 days ago, it said the same thing, again!?!? I am so angry right now. If i dont get my parcel by 30tg August, i will be forced to get a refund for my products. Tracking no. (RK500967234CN).
P.S now dont reply like "We are tracking your package and it is in transit to its destination". I want a confirmed date when I'm going to receive my package. Hope you understand.

1. If you want a firm date of delivery, you took the wrong way to send the parcel, you should have use DHL not China Post Registered Mail.

2. Whatever the seller told you can be sometimes be true but it all depend on the parcel to be deliver to your country and room available on Aircraft for Mail Bags.

3. May I suggest your read this about China Mail:

5. Sorry if this is not the answer you were looking for but this is the best we can do. And by the way it 's the seller how told you that about the 3 weeks delivery. Plus your parcel was mail only on the:
2016-07-28 16:32,"Advertising, Zhangjiagang branch" has been accepted,

Hi where may I find the local post for air mail china post in dammam my order is in dammam but no one call me to deliver my order or from where my i take it?! I need phone number to call with someone
