Hi, i have a parcel with tracking number RI222084569CN that hasn't arrive malaysia and no update for almost 2 weeks now. Last update was 29/11/2014: sent to airline. Usually takes about 4-5 days to reach malaysia but its the 12th day still no update and haven't received anything. Can u pls help me with this. Where is this parcel's wareabouts or could it be lost?

check back in a week or two if no update its lost it is rush time for xmas so packages will be late
