electronic information received means your seller applied a tracking number but never actually shipped anything to you. You should be cautious of scam. read following:

those 11 digit pure numeric tracking numbers are called china post ordinary parcel. it is a cheap service for low value item. China Post will not pay labor to update its status after it left original post office. You can not know where it is now.

Normally if you can not get it in 50 days, you should open dispute for lost parcel refund.

I'm facing the same problem here, I placed five order from Aliexpress to India out which three of them I have received successfully on time like on 25th-35th day but the rest two have no update as to where they are and nor do I have received them yet. One of them is shipped using China post small packet service have already crossed 45 days mark and another one was send using Singapore post and it has crossed 50 days mark. I told seller about this problem and he asked me to wait for some more days but I feel that these parcels might have gotten lost somewhere because they were not very heavy or costly product and would have no problem passing custom scan etc procedures and hence I should have received them by now.
