thank you very much...
yesterday I requested and today my parcel tracking updated now it left kolkata within 4hours of recieving.... I knew this forum works I checked many queries of this forum and analyzed that after complaining here your parcel proceeds forwards... thank you very much... thanks a ton.. I hope to recieve my parcel within a week,,, as it has moved to mumbai from kolkata...

I live in Dharamsala; cannot come to Kolkata by any means right now. I'm trying to contact them via phone, but none of the provided numbers are working. Anybody has their email or working contact number?
If somebody in Kolkata could help me with making request about my parcels, I would be super grateful!!

try to contact India Post. If they can not help you, open dispute and claim refund from seller.

dear all there,

kindly help me... my parcel left Beijing on 28th march 2015. I am from a very remote
area of India and could not contact fpo mumbai not by any means even no relative no friends in Mumbai ... no status change since last 7 days.. however tracking shows that packet has left for domestic location but transit is yet to start....... how long I will have to wait...please help.. I just ordered mouth organ for my music hobby.
Ill be very thankful as this forum is my only hope as I see many previous complaints resolved and parcels delivered.

http://track-chinapost.com/start_indiapost.php shows it is in India now. You should contact India Post and pickup the parcel asap. The parcel now is not control by china post.
