i have order at 2 seller from different store in aliexpress 1 week ago. 1 seller ship my parcel on 24 july 2017, and second seller ship my parcel on the same date, parcel from first seller have show update tracking info already left china,but the parcel from second seller havent show up the update, this the tracking number : RS744600245CN..i have ask several times to seller but not clear answer .so what can i do now?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows only information "electronics data received". This means your seller applied a tracking number but never actually shipped anything.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track the parcel in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress.
