I'm not sure where is my parcel right now. This site claims that is in "Export security scan" since 2nd September but the page the seller provided me with "777post" claims that my parcel has been already shipped to Chile today, i'd like to know where is really located.

1. If 777post is the carrier then you should look at this site and enter your tracking number:
http://www.777post.com/

This is what you will find:
2016/9/22-Desparture from Hong Kong to Chile
2016/9/14-Arrived outward office of exchange,Hong Kong
2016/9/7-Collection,Hong Kong Processing center
2016/9/3-Hong Kong HKHK,Export of international mail
2016/9/2-China 510010, Acceptance

2. The above would confirm that your parcel is On Route to Chile.
