Hello,

I would like to know information about my parcel, the last notice that i got from the tracking system was on December 14th, it's been a month since the last actualization...

Could you give me some information? My tracking number is RL163846979CN, i'm from Uruguay.

Delivery in Uruguay needs can take over 35 days, you can wait without worries some weeks more, then open a dispute with the seller if package still not delivered
