Hi. I need help with the package RI768466214CN.. It has been over 30 days and it hasn't arrived to the country yet. Need to kno where is it. Information with 4/72 carrier it's impossible to be updated through Track17. Please help me out. Colombia does not appear on the Countries for Global Tracking. Hope soon answer. Thanks.

Colombia post website is http://www.4-72.com.co/ but their tracking service is offline.
You can try to contact them on [email protected] or by phone
