the parcel has in stay 13 days in the same place

13 days no changing status is common,sometimes the parcel does not change status even after you received the goods.

if your parcel has no battery inside, then just be patient. it will arrive sooner or later.

2 weeks and 3 days have passed and the package status does not change!!!!!!

sometimes the parcel status never change even after it arrives your country. you need patient.
