Please i would like to know where is my package. Tracking number is RB783217789CN, final destination Colombia (South America) and i need to know what the post company that will make the final delivery.

RB783217789CN was sent to airline on Dec 15 in Beijing. It should be on the way to Colombia.Normally it will arrive Colombia within 3 to 6 weeks.

Colombia Post is the local delivery agent for China Post parcels.

it should be your local post company, Servicios Postales Nacionales Colombia

now is rush season and Colombia has no direct flight to China. Your parcel will transit many countries and take 6 to 8 weeks to reach Colombia. Before it arrives Colombia.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows it has been sent to airline on Dec 15. This status will stay a couple of weeks until it arrives your country. you need some patient.
