Hello, my tracking number is RH027277628CN, my products stuck in "Departure export customs" for 3 weeks. when will it arrive to Colombia? :(

shipping to colombia might take 4 to 8 weeks. after parcel left china, status will freeze for 2 to 6 weeks, it is normal, no need panic.
