both numbers tracking results shows only electronic information received ,no other information. this means your seller only applied two tracking numbers from china post but did not ship them. you should be cautious

can anybody help me? when i track my package down it says Electronic information has been received.. does it mean he did not shipped it??
i am waiting for for weeks now

Electronic information has been received> says the china tracking! what does it mean?? i am waiting for the package for 4 weeks now..

If you don't see any events marked "Acceptance", "Collection", "Posted/Posting", etc, and no other evidence of a package actually moving, then no, it hasn't even been mailed yet.
