Hi, i need help with these two tracks: RK088020705CN and RL043774246CN. The first one shows "In Customs-Control warehouse" on Nanjing since 14-10-2014, and the other one shows "Export Security Scan" on Beijing since 06-11-2014.

The two parcels both might have problem to pass security check. Any liquid or battery inside?

The first is there for more than a month... You'd better open a dispute.

If the second doesn't contain battery or any stuff like that, wait for two to four weeks. If the status doesn't change and you don't get the goods after this time, contact your seller or open a dispute.

The first one is a USB pendrive and the second is a Bag
