Hello my tracking code is RA093829013CN and left of china on February 14, 2015 , we are April 27, 2015 and has not come to Peru I am very worried, I contacted the seller in china and not give me answers

parcel to Peru normally will arrive within 45 days. your parcel seems to be rejected in customs. you need to open dispute for lost parcel.

Thanks for the answer , could you tell me what steps can go or who to contact as it had never happened to me this problem
